1. Post to the appropriate forum for the topic being presented.
1A. Please post your topic in the relevant forum. Posting technical questions in the "Campfire Chat" forum "just because you want them answered faster" is not acceptable. Technical questions or problems should be posted in the "Hardware, Software, Tips and Tweaks" section, and topics such as "Hey what's the weather like where your at" should be posted in the "Campfire Chat" forum. If a Moderator moves a post/thread, it is a courtesy provided by the Outlaws Management to help keep things categorized properly; however we realize that sometimes a question can cross multiple topics and it isn't exactly clear where it would be best to post. In such instances it is the Moderators choice where the post should be moved to. Therefore, post in the area/forum you feel is most appropriate, and if a moderator feels the need to relocate your post, you will be notified by Private Message.
1B. If a person repeatedly creates new threads which are obviously in the wrong place, a moderator has the right to delete a post / thread without notice.

2. No spamming.
2A. Any such messages will be removed at the sole discretion of the Outlaws Staff and Moderators. (Spamming is defined as excessive posts that offer no significant value to a topic or posting advertising links). Most of these kinds of posts are just single-word posts that have no meaning or value whatsoever. It can also be a post with one of the Smilies and nothing else. When replying to such a thread, please consider a more definite response that leaves no question as to what you are trying to say. Or even just a post that could be of normal length but takes the thread completely off topic may also be considered spam and be moved or deleted completely).
2B. These restrictions will not apply to Campfire Chat, however, if a topic is requesting specific information, please stick to the topic at hand or your post may be moderated at the discretion of the staff.

3. No foul language.
There are basic filters for some foul language, but you are also expected to use good judgment and common sense when posting. Members here are of all ages and the content in a post should be suitable for all ages.
3A. Do not curse in the subject line. Such posts will be immediately deleted without discussion and, disciplinary actions that may include suspensions from this board may result.

4. No linking or posting of any material that is pornographic, obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening or advertising links.
This includes Signature Pics and Personal Photos in your mini profile.

5. No flaming.
Members are expected to conduct themselves as civilized individuals here. That means showing courtesy to staff, other members and guests, absolutely no personal attacks, bashes or bigotry.

6. Respect both moderators and administrators.
They spend countless hours maintaining the forum, helping people and building this site into the great community it has become.

7. Staff decisions such as message deletion and banning are not subject to review by members on the boards unless asked by a Outlaws Staff member.
If you have a question or comment, send a private message to an Admin.

8. New members should be treated with respect.
Even if they ask a question that has been answered a dozen times before, simply refer them to the proper thread that answers their question. Remember, there is no such thing as a stupid question if you don't know the answer.

9. No shouting (CAPS Off please)
It’s rude and annoying.

10. Do not start threads if:
10A. You are simply responding to another thread that has been locked/deleted by a moderator.
10B. You are asking why a previous thread was locked/deleted by a moderator.
10C. You want to inform the world of matters that are completely pointless. (e.g. "I am so drunk. Look at me type while I am drunk.")
10D. You solely want to complain about the behavior of forum participants or content. In doing so, you are only creating another pointless thread.
10E. You have already posted the same question/comment in another forum. Do not Double Post!
Doing so your post will be removed and a warning issued.

12. Do not post personal information
(i.e. addresses, phone numbers, IPs, passwords, PINs, or any other information considered private)

13. You will not discuss, suggest, engage, or encourage any illegal activity.
13A. Links provided to locations that deal with any such activity are also expressly forbidden.
13B. Do not post messages that violate Federal, State, or Local laws which include, but are not limited to, anything that violates a copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or is bound by NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
Such posts will be immediately deleted without discussion and, disciplinary actions that may include suspensions from this board may result.

14. Absolutely no warez links, requests, discussions, suggestions, or any discussion about warez.
Same goes for pornographic material, drugs, or any other illegal activities. Doing so will result in the removal of the post or thread in question and or banning from the Outlaws forum.
Such posts will be immediately deleted without discussion and, disciplinary actions that may include suspensions from this board may result

15. Each Outlaws forum member is limited to one account/alias only on the website.
Do not impersonate other individuals or falsely represent yourself or the account will be removed.

16. Banning is a LAST resort.
16A. We will not ban anybody until all else has failed.
16B. If a user has been banned and continues to try and abuse the forums, their ISP will be contacted and appropriate steps will be taken to resolve the issue.
16C. Outlaws forums reserve the right to ban any member at any time without reason or prior notice.
16D. Anyone using offending words in there "Teamspeak or Teamspeak leave message" thats is disrespectful to others will be temporally banned until they change it. If they leave there message there or refuse to change it after a warning will result in a full ban - Respect for your fellow racers people

17. The disciplinary structure will, in most cases, consist of a warning.
17A. The first warning will be just that, a warning about the offence.
17B. The 2nd warning will be a 7 day suspension.
17C. If a 3rd warning is needed the members account will be suspended and the IP banned from the server.
17D. The Outlaws forum staff reserve the right to preview posts by any member who has been reprimanded for any posting violation before the post is allowed. This maybe done to a members account instead of a suspension in certain cases. Any members that spam the WEBSITE after being reprimanded/warned will be banned for 7 days.
17E. After a month of acceptable behavior the warning level will be dropped down one level. This will continue each month until the warning level reaches 0%
17F. Outlaws Racing Administrators reserve the right to ban any member at any time without reason or prior notice.

18. There will be no advertising in our forums.
The Outlaws does not care what you have to sell nor will we be an advertising source for you! If you think whatever it is may be important enough, please contact an Administrator of Outlaws Racing and ask for permission first.
Even the smallest infraction will result in an immediate ban, this includes user names promoting whatever it is you are trying to sell!

19. Signatures:
19A. 2 graphics are allowed in each signature provided they do not exceed the total sum of 400x200 pixels and 50,000 (50K) in file size.
19B. Any signature found breaking the rules will be removed without prior notice and if the Outlaws forum member is using the sig randomizer all of the signatures will be removed.
19C. Any signature found with spamming links to a website will be deleted without prior notice.
